TERMS & CONDITIONS
Path to Presence – 10-Day Meditation Retreat

1. Registration & Commitment
Your place in the Path to Presence retreat is confirmed once full payment is received.
Registration must be completed within 24 hours of the first day of the retreat.
All sales are final. Because each space is intentionally prepared, no refunds, cancellations, or transfers are available.

2. Arrival & Participation
Participants must arrive on Day 1 at the designated check-in time.
Late arrivals cannot be accommodated and will not receive a refund.
By attending, you agree to participate fully and respectfully in all retreat activities.

3. Sacred Conduct
Path to Presence is a space of stillness, compassion, and mindful awareness.
Participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward teachers, staff, and fellow attendees.
Periods of noble silence or quiet reflection must be honored when requested.
Alcohol, drugs, and any disruptive behavior are not permitted.

4. Personal Well-Being
Participants are responsible for their own physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Please ensure you are healthy and prepared for meditation, yoga, and reflective practices.
Path to Presence and its facilitators are not responsible for personal injury, illness, or loss of belongings.

5. Retreat Guidelines
Participants agree to follow the schedule and teachings with sincerity and openness.
Phone and device use may be limited or prohibited to preserve the depth of the retreat environment.

6. Media & Privacy
Recording, photography, and filming during sessions are not permitted without explicit permission.
General retreat photos may be taken for Path to Presence promotional use.
If you prefer not to appear in any photos, please notify the organizing team in writing before Day 1.

7. Liability & Waiver
By registering, you acknowledge that you participate voluntarily and at your own responsibility.
You agree to hold the facilitators, teachers, and venue harmless from any claims arising from your participation.

By completing registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and that you enter Path to Presence with sincerity, awareness, and a genuine intention to grow.
